If you are not satisfied with an item purchased at Gametee you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange or refund by following the steps outlined below.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.

Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, washed or soiled.

If you wish to have an item exchanged for a different size, please include clear instructions on which size you require in your return.

Return postage must be paid via cheque or Paypal.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take great care to ensure all our products are made and packaged to the highest standard. However, on rare occasions, issues may occur.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged

  • Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives.
  • Any damage in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to raise the issue with our courier and resolve it quickly for you.

What if I find a fault with my item

  • Email us at contact@gametee.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and some clear photos.
  • We’ll then let you know the next steps and, if needed, ask you to return the item for inspection.

What isn’t covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
  • Slight variations in colour, finish, or texture that are part of the handmade nature of our products.

What if I report a fault after 48 hours

  • We’ll always do our best to help, but faults or damage reported after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, especially if the item has been used.


Please note, we only accept genuinely faulty goods and cannot be responsible for acceptable general wear and tear or damage such as shrinkages during the washing process. Faults do not include stains on the garment or item which have been caused by customer action. Our specialists will either repair your faulty goods, or replace as necessary.

 

A Note on Dice

If you have damaged or missing dice, please email us or reach out using the contact form.

Please be aware that small cosmetic faults such as visible sprue marks, acceptable excess paint, tiny scratches, dents, dots or bubbles that do not impair the functionality of your dice are not considered faults and dice with tiny marks, including those not visible to the naked eye, are ineligible for return. This is the industry-standard product of the complex process of hand-finishing and inking of dice sets.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

Please note that once you place an order at Gametee you will have one hour from the time of purchase to cancel before it is fully processed and ready for dispatch. Please contact customer assistance using the contact form if you wish to cancel an order.
