Please note that Customs services and charges may apply now that the UK has left the European Union. Please check with your local postal services as we are not responsible for duties that may be payable.
Customs processing and documentation checks at origin and destination are now taking place as a result of the UK's exit from the EU customs union. Your order may be held in your country's Customs services for a short period of time. We are unable to accept responsibility for minor delays that may be caused by this.

 

EU CUSTOMERS: Due to the post-Brexit trade agreement, TARIFFS ARE NOW APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. You may be contacted by your local postal service or customs to pay import taxes before your order is delivered. If you do not pay your country's duties, your order will be sent back to us.

 Remote Locations

We strive to be able to service as many areas as possible with our delivery partners DHL and DPD. Unfortunately some extremely remote international communities may not be able to be shipped to. You can check if your area is classed as a remote location at the following link: Remote Territories. We may still be able to ship to you - please contact us in advance of placing an order for a delivery quote.

 

BFPO/AFPO/APO ACTIVE MILITARY ADDRESSES

Gametee supports soldiers and sailors on active duty. For security reasons, deliveries to BFPO/AFPO addresses must be processed by USPS US Customs in the USA, or Customs Authorities in the UK before being forwarded on to customers. Please allow 28 days for secure processing in US Port Authorities/UK Customs and a further 28 days for onwards delivery, especially if you are currently deployed at sea. Please be aware that there is no way to expedite postal orders to BFPO/AFPO addresses. Ensure that you enter your full military address correctly. AFPO users should always select USA as shipping country. Expected delivery times can be up to 90 business days, but may be much faster, depending on the nature of your posting.

PO Box Address

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, with the exception of the Middle East Region; defined as the following countries:

Bahrain, Kuwait, Libya, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

If you place an order to any country other than those listed above, you will be contacted to provide an alterative address.

Please note that the following addresses are also considered to be P O Box addresses and as such we would be unable to deliver to them:

GENERAL INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday to Friday, within 2 business days. Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched Monday except bank holidays (UK only).

Postage is calculated on the weight of items in your order. Please note, we do not refund our postage costs.

 

NAME ON PACKAGE

Please only use a name you have accompanying documentation to support on your delivery. If your parcel needs to be collected from a local post office, you will need in most cases to be able to confirm your identity. For this reason we urge you to avoid names, pseudonyms, or screen-names that may cause issues to verify at your local post office, DPD or DHL Depot.

We cannot accept responsibility for failure to deliver because of this reason.

Gametee cannot be responsible for any transit losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If your address is incorrect please contact us immediately.

 

ANTI-FRAUD

Please note, we use the latest anti-fraud technology to ensure the security of your transactions. We retain the right to permanently refuse service in instances of attempted fraud.

Our International Express Postal Service is offered via DHL. This flat-rate cost will depend on your country.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON DEMAND DELIVERY.

ON DEMAND DELIVERY will Email/SMS updates about your shipment progress and the estimated delivery date / time. If the shipment doesn't fit your schedule the 100% free service allows you to choose the time and place of delivery, giving you maximum flexibility and greater control of your shipment.

DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY offers the following delivery options included in your flat-rate shipment cost.

- Deliver my package on ANOTHER DAY: Reschedule delivery.

- Deliver my package to ANOTHER ADDRESS: Alternate delivery to work or family, for example.

- Deliver my package to a SAFE PLACE: Authorise Shipment Release - Deliver my package to a NEIGHBOUR: Leave with a neighbour, reception desk or guard.

- Deliver my package to a DHL Service Point: Hold for Collection

- Request to HOLD MY PACKAGE: Vacation Hold Safekeeping for up to 30 Days
